Dodgers Turning Japanese?

Via links from MLB Trade Rumors, the Dodgers have offered a minor league deal (what else would it be?) to Japanese pitcher Hisanori Takahashi.

Takahashi, a lefty who will be 35 in April, has spent his entire professional career thus far with the Yomiuri Giants of Nippon Professional Baseball, Japan's highest level of baseball.

What's one more minor league deal with an invite to Spring Training, right?

Oh, and look, another former Giant Colletti is after. Shocking, I know. Ned does know it's the Yomiuri Giants, right?
