Russell Martin PC has not had much in the way of new hits added to it in some time. That's not a reflection of my lack of interest in collecting him but rather a function of nothing really catching my eye, remaining affordable, or feeling like it was more of a necessity than any of my recent vintage acquisitions.
Some of that changes today as I secured the above beaut for just $6.82 shipped via eBay. It's a quad relic-auto, numbered 01/50, out of the Exquisite Signature Materials subset of 2007 Upper Deck Exquisite Rookie Signatures Baseball. The card becomes Russ John Hancock number 42, although I felt like I had more.
