Bob's Burgers and The Graduate Meet Sterling Archer: Sketch Edition.

I stumbled upon the website of artist Val Hochberg and went wild in her store. I only intended on picking up two items -- the two below -- but could not resist adding original artwork at a great price from a great creative mind. You can check out the non-sketch card items here as I finally post the awesomely fantastic pair of Archer sketch cards that I snagged.

Val picked an awesome moment in the Season 4 premier "Fugue and Riffs" to recreate as Archer/Bob and Lana are in the midst of an attack from KGB agents. It's a great scene overall and multi-character sketches are the best of every possible world. I am always game to acquire an Archer/Bob's Burgers crossover card.

The other sketch purchased is another dual character masterpiece. This is the final scene in Season 3, Episode 11: "Skin Game." The recently returned Katya leaves Archer for Other Barry and they ride off into the sunset on a bus after an all-out brawl with each other ends in some adult activities which Sterling walks in on.

The scene is a play on the final scene in The Graduate, which I have never seen.

I am a big fan of Val's work in general and especially on these beautiful Archer sketches, so adding these to the collection was a no-brainer. Hopefully I can secure a few more in the future!
