I don't hate Selig, but I don't particularly like him either.
I'm sure there's someone out there who could do a better job as commissioner.
And while you probably don't want to end a game in a tie, even a meaningless game, you certainly can't compound the situation by then stupidly, foolishly, and [insert every other negative word possible] making that meaningless game worth home field advantage in the most important games of the entire season that your sport plays.
Unless you're Bud Selig, of course.
