This Mustache On A Penis Is Rodney

It's a rare day that I stumble upon a character my collection of Archer Sketch Cards is without. But lo and behold that day recently existed as my usual dealer posted a few new pieces on eBay and one stood out above the rest. I reached out to my guy and we worked out a small discount away from fees. I can now cross a small but funny character off my needs list as I picked up this sweet treat:

Kris Justice is the artist and appears to have a minimal social media presence -- this is my second from them. The new addition is Rodney, who ran the ISIS armory before becoming a massive arms dealer. The scene is from Season 4, Episode 2: The Wind Cries Mary.
