Notes From Thursday's Game

  1. Former Dodgers on the Braves: 3 (Derek Lowe, David Ross, Buddy Carlyle).
  2. Matt Kemp had the night off. He pinch-hit and struck out on a nasty slider from Peter Moylan.
  3. Orlando Hudson was credited with his 1000th career hit on a single that deflected off of Lowe's glove.
  4. Randy Wolf stole his 1st career base off of Lowe.
  5. Wolf was again what you expect from him when he pitches for a team with a pitcher's ballpark: solid but unspectacular.
  6. Scott Elbert faced one batter, Brian McCann. He struck him out swinging in the top half of the ninth to keep the Dodgers within two runs.
  7. Kensai covered everything you need to know about Andre Ethier.

  1. Thanks for reading Steven M, and I hope you're the first of many. The blog is very new (Wednesday of this week), so things might change look-wise, but I hope you enjoy reading my posts and continue to check it out.
