Dodgers Sign Juan Perez (EDITED)

Perez inks a minor league deal, per Diamond Leung.

Ned Colletti continues his holiday shopping spree at the scrap heap of pitchers.

Perez is 31 and has not pitched in the big leagues since 2007.

His major league career consists of 24 appearances, all with the Pirates in 2006 and 2007. Perez has also pitched with minor league affiliates of the Mets, Pirates, and Braves.
