Topps Fulfilled My Danny Espinosa RC Auto Redemption Super Duper Fast.

A short while back I acquired a Danny Espinosa 2011 Topps Chrome RC Auto redemption from Robert over at $30 a week habit in what was our eleventy-billionth trade. I quickly redeemed the Espinosa, and Topps informed me the card was scheduled to ship in May. I had no problem waiting, and wasn't at all concerned that this redemption story would turn out like others we've all seen. After heading back to the Topps website to redeem a different signature, I saw that the Espinosa had been marked as shipped. I didn't think much of it, as I wasn't expecting it to arrive until May. Within the last week, an envelope arrived with an unfamiliar address. I actually thought it was a pair of redemptions from Panini. Instead, out fell the below beauty.

My first autograph of the former Long Beach State Dirtbag, and it's all chrome-y and on-card! This makes for a very, very nice and different addition to my Dirtbags PC. From redemption time to arrival time, Topps fulfilled my request in about two weeks or so. Not bad at all. Kudos Topps.

  5. Topps sends their redemptions out in batches so that affects how quickly you get your redemptions. I put in my Hosmer Finest gold auto on the 22nd and a tracking number showed up almost immediately. The card didn't show up until a little over 3 weeks later though. It looks like both of our redemption cards went out in the same batch. It's still a thousand times better than Panini. They take forever for everything that they do.

  7. Good luck. I waited for over a year on my Cheryl Miller before I was even able to request a replacement on the card. Now it's been a month and a half with no sign of the replacement.

  8. Thanks Mike! I'm not waiting on anything near as valuable as that, so hopefully the pair won't take that long.
