I Don't Need A Grade To Appreciate A Slice of Roy Campanella's Bat.

My Roy Campanella PC is slightly neglected, but that's just mainly due to the fact that vintage cards of Brooklyn Dodgers who also happen to be enshrined in the Hall of Fame don't always come cheaply. That being said, when I come across an affordable addition, I do everything I can to bring the card home.

Such is the case with this graded bat piece from 2001 UD Hall of Famers featuring the one and only Campy. It was had for a paltry $6.79 shipped and is graded a 9 by Beckett. The grading doesn't mean a thing to me. All I care about is adding a sweeeet Campy to the collection.

It's my second relic of the former Blue Crew backstop to go along with the above Lineage lumber piece I acquired in a trade with Sam.

  1. Less than $7 for that Campy relic is nuts. Very cool.

CCC- Thanks! I'm still surprised it ended so cheaply.
