Spotlighting Upper Deck's Spelling.

A quick post today on my newest Ryan Getzlaf hit. When I saw these existed I knew then that the one I would eventually acquire would have to feature three different sweater colors. Black and bland just weren't going to cut it.

$5.85 later and this beaut is mine. I don't know why Rickard Rakell was selected to accompany Getz and Scott Niedermayer when a number of better choices exist, but such is the cardboard life. Also, note that UD spelled Rakell's last name wrong.

  1. Hey bud,
I've acquired a 2005 UD Rookie Dual Auto of Getzlaf and Eric Staal /499.

Let me know if you're interested.

  2. That's interesting on the spelling of Rakell. I pulled a Level 1 Rookie Premiers Signature of his from Trilo3y and they spelled it correctly on the front and back. How do they not have QC or editors to check that stuff?
