Nothing Makes Me Smile Quite Like....

A brand new Matt Kemp auto. His John Hancocks are still affordable and though I haven't picked one up in a while I do have a large stockpile ready to be scanned in, written up, and shared with all of you.

This beaut -- the blue parallel from 2012 Topps Tribute, numbered 12/50 -- is so much more magnificent in-hand than scanned. It was less than a blaster, though I can't recall the exact total I dished out to acquire it. Those phenomenal Brooklyn throwbacks combined with the blue hue feels oh so right on a Dodgers' card.
