An Unusual T206 Pickup: Piedmont Back, Slabbed a PSA 2.5....TOM JONES!

I recently added a card that was perfectly built for my collection. It's a T206, it was already graded, it was affordable, and it features a great name. A name we all know from another occupation than sports, but a name that spans decades. Ladies and gentlemen (but especially ladies) put your hands together for the one and only....TOM JONES!

Yes, there's a Tom Jones in the T206 set and yes, I was going to acquire this card eventually. It was a good deal via eBay and it's been slabbed a PSA 2.5. I am a gigantic Tom Jones fan and have been since I first heard his music, much to the delight of my friends who loved to give me shit for it. I can vividly remember almost going to a Tom Jones concert in high school and my friends asking if I was going to throw my panties at him on stage.

The answer was yes, of course.
