(Zack) Wheat Wednesday: 1909-13 M101-2 Sporting News Supplements, PSA 1!

With the addition of the jumbo holders PSA now has to encapsulate very large items a whole new world of possibilities has opened up for what can and can not be slabbed. I dug into my collection and pulled out something I had acquired long ago but never posted as it was more difficult to display raw.

This absolutely gorgeous 1909-13 M101-2 Sporting News Supplements of my main man Zack Wheat was an eBay acquisition way back when. It had been stashed for so long I honestly don't remember when I bought it or what I paid, although I'm sure it wasn't much more than $20-35. Once we introduced these large slabs at work I knew I wanted to get this bad boy protected and properly displayed. My Wheat is still the only one we've authenticated and graded as of my fingers typing this in early February which is kind of cool to think about.
